facing girls to eagerly and early on conveys "needy rapport seeking behavior" so occasionally back turn and point your feet in another direction.

Always keep your back straight, shoulders back, chest out, groin out, stomach in (do I sound like a drill instructor) : )

-Eye contact; don't STARE as this is creepy, however don't look around and avoid eye contact, and make sure you blink. I've met guys who don't blink and it's a little off putting, I'm sure this dries your eyes out too.

-Touch the girls!; if you don't touch them then it'll convey your not comfortable touching women, women don't want this kind of guy, women want men that are comfortable around them. The trick here is to treat them like a friend ...

-Voice tonality; be LOUD, the biggest stepping stone in my game was the strength of my voice. The louder I became I noticed I was holding my interactions for a lot longer.

How would you treat a mate of yours? Exactly!

It comes down to finding a balance because being a total dick yelling at women won't get you laid, however being too nice and rapport seeking definitely wont get you laid (you know this already) so where is this balance you ask?

It comes down to practice and observation then more practice.

Body Language Tips #1

The first tip is to be as RELAXED as you can, imagine a sudden calm coming over you, take a deep breath and exhale over 5 seconds. If your relaxed it'll help you feel more "in the moment" and your body language will communicate this. You will also have much better and longer interactions with women.

Remember when talking to women you've just met don't give them too much attention, keep your frame strong and upward (don't slouch), and speak from your diaphragm so your voice is deep and LOUD.

Body Language Tips #2

Treat them like a mate. If your mate says something funny you would laugh and slap them on the back (gently). Why should this be any different to a woman?

If you want her to feel comfortable in your presence you have to SHOW that you're comfortable by displaying you're not afraid to treat her like a buddy.

Body Language Tips #3

Take up space. Have you ever noticed that the body language of high status males is relaxed and 'sprawling', they take up a lot of space. High status men are not afraid to taking up other peoples room, they sit with their legs apart, their arms unfolded and look like they're sitting in their living room. Even with the world advancing so much, women are still not safe on the streets even in the most developed of nations. This is evident from the huge amount of crimes against women even in countries like USA, UK and other developed nations.

Here are a few tips to help a woman if she has to travel to some place late in the evenings or night:

1. The best things to do for women is to always try and have some company when you are traveling at night. As much as possible avoid venturing out at night by yourself.

2. While traveling in the evenings, aim for well trafficked streets and roads. Try to avoid as much as possible those streets which tend to be deserted or have few travelers.

3. Avoid wearing jewelery when you are out at night. Even fake jewelery might attract chain snatchers.

4. Be extra careful while boarding or getting down a bus, train or while riding on an escalator as pickpockets might usually strike at such times.

5. While walking on sidewalks, keep your handbags and other valuables away from the street sides.

6. If you have to ask for directions, it is better to approach families or women.

7. As soon as you get into your car after you come from shopping, eating or from your office, lock the doors. Don't delay doing this.

8. The elbow seems to be the strongest part of your body. keep this in mind if you ever need to use it and have the opportunity to do so.

9. Don't put off things for evenings and night which you can do during broad daylight like going to the laundry to get your clothes etc. Many women may say that its usually quieter and more peaceful in the evenings, but safety should be the first priority in such cases.

10. It can help if women learn a few self defense tips and techniques just to be on the safer side - woman self defense

The above safety tips for women at night are definitely not sufficient and 100% foolproof. Ageing is a part of life, instead of rebelling against nature; embrace this time, remember life is short. There are however many ways in which you can change or alter your appearance gracefully, but let’s have a look at how you can achieve the perfect hairstyle to defy your age.

The first thing most women over fifty tend to do is chop off their hair and color it a darker shade to cover the gray, but should you do the same? The smart money says - No, you can have long medium or short hair, because a fifty year old woman can look just as good as a twenty year old with the same hairstyle. Natural looking highlights can alter your look drastically, lightening and lifting your face.

The most important aspect of a new style revolves around taking your facial shape into consideration and determining what features you want to accentuate or hide away. Hair becomes dry and limp so be sure to deep moisturize your hair regularly, making it shiny and full of life.

If you have fine lines and wrinkles, soften them by adding layers around the face. It is strongly recommended to add layers if you have long hair, it will lift your face. Layers will add body and volume to your hair. Expression lines on the forehead can easily be covered up by adding bangs, try side swept bangs as they will add softness and generate a chic edge to your hairstyle. Remember bangs can be added regardless of the length of your hair.

Perhaps you want to hide your neck area and have longer cut layers which will divert attention. You don’t need to hide everything though, if you have beautiful eyes, accentuate them with bangs skimming the brow area. Some soft layers may highlight lovely cheekbones. If you want to show off your neckline have a shorter bob haircut.

Often people advise you to have a picture of a hairstyle you like. Remember to focus on the haircut rather than on the person sporting it. Technology can also be very helpful, some of the latest software programs online allow you to upload a current photo of yourself and try out numerous different hairstyles.

If you haven’t changed your hairstyle in the last few years – now is the time; outdated styles definitely give away your age. Stay current; be daring and young at heart. Remember you are as old as you feel.

Need some inspiration for a new hairstyle? – Discover YOUR new look at All About Hair – Blog .com. But actually, to most guys, approaching women is not that easy and natural: they face fear of approach, approach anxiety and fear of rejection.

Having studied and learned myself how to be successful on that, Ill show you some interesting approach women tips:

First of all: Approaching women is normal. Period. You are not molesting them or doing anything bad. It's just what guys should do. It's estimated that beautiful women get approached like 10 times each day. 300 times a month! So it's time for you to face it and assume you are talking to them for a reason. There is no need to feel embarrassed. Everybody does it.

Another common problem is that guys fear rejection. Let me tell you this: in all my years of testing pickup stuff, I never received words meaner than "no" or "I have a boyfriend". They won't go and say "Get out of here you fucking loser" or things like that. And people around you aren't going to laugh at you. Remember: It's normal, everybody does it. You just have to have this mentality: No response that this woman gives me is gonna change who I am.

You are now probably thinking: Alright, everybody does it, but how, exactly, do I approach women successfully? Well... You should really try to stand out of the crowd and be more creative than every other guy who approached her that day. How do you do it? Cocky funny, taught by David DeAngelo, is my favorite technique. It basically communicates that you are secure of yourself and that you are used to approaching women, so you are not like all the other losers who came of with lines like "sup hottie". Some example of cocky+ funny style:

You: Tonight is your lucky night
Her: Oh really? Why is that?
You: Because you finally got to go out with me
Her: Sure! You: But no touching - *I* do all the touching!

Maybe you are thinking: Fine, with real women that would never work, she would probably slap you. Actually, its the opposite: Women love to be teased, and that's what it communicates: You are a confident man who is very comfortable with yourself and can make her laugh.

For truly understanding all the psychology behind this method, and how approaching and attracting women really works, I recommend the Double your Dating ebook, by David Deangelo. I've read it like 5 times myself and I can tell you: Every time I read it I figure out something new that happened to me while approaching women and I couldn't understand.

I wrote this Double Your Dating Review that you should read right now if you are interested in getting more advanced.

Also, I have my Blog where I post a lot of articles on picking up and dating women.Check it out => http://www.pickup-ebook-review.com

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Bernard_Sulivan

how to Start Your Day in the Spirit of Peace

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_U6a6bN-zbc8/R4BPsyB2HxI/AAAAAAAAAB0/LqIRT0PbqKM/s320/7%2520gadis%2520sunsilk%2520yang%2520manis%2520tudung%2520pink.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5152205604474199826" />
If I home schooled my kids, school probably wouldn't start til noon! We love summer mornings and having no rush to get everyone up and out the door.

It always takes us a few weeks to get the new routine in place once school starts, but once we do, things run pretty smoothly. It's taken me a few years to figure out what our family needed to do to make our mornings calm, and just like all of life - it's the little things that make the biggest difference. Nothing earth shattering here. No scientific research, no surveys, no psychological analysis. Just plain ole common sense and holding yourself and your kids accountable to a few simple ideas that truly will take your mornings from crazy to calm and allow you to start your day in a spirit of peace!

1) Get up Earlier. Ugh....you think. Every minute of sleep counts. (Maybe I should title this one, go to bed earlier J!!) It's amazing what a difference 15 minutes can make. I promise it's worth it! Your entire day will be CALMER if you allow yourself enough time to get ready with ease in the morning.

2) Start off by Just Being.

Each time dawn appears, the mystery is there in its entirety.
* René Daumal

If you hit the snooze three times and then hop up and crazily jump into the day - the stage is set one way! On the other hand, if you wake up, take a minute to breathe and get connected - the stage is set another way! I heard someone say once, "If people were meant to pop out of bed, we'd all sleep in toasters!" I always take 10 to 15 minutes to myself in the morning - often to just sit and enjoy my coffee or tea. Sometimes I meditate, sometimes I journal, sometimes I do yoga, but mostly I just be. Allow yourself a few moments to feel the mystery of the day ahead. 'Settle' in the morning, get grounded, get connected and magically everything else in the Universe will rally to your aid!

3) Prepare the Night Before: Going through backpacks and cleaning out lunch boxes is a great thing to do the night before. Then there are no surprises in the morning - papers to sign, school pictures the next day or forgotten worksheets! Another time saver for the night before is to make picking out clothes for the next day part of the bedtime ritual. Having clothes chosen is such a little thing, but it's just one less decision that a sleepy-head has to make in the morning - especially if they're cranky! (I've had a shortage of socks turn an entire morning upside down!) I have to admit I usually don't pack lunches at night. I'd prefer to allow an extra 5 minutes to do it in the morning. That's just me. You figure out what works best for you, so either pack lunches the night before, or make sure you've got a time allotted for it in the morning. Anything you can do the night before to make the morning more CALM is sure to payoff with BIG benefits!

4) No TV. I used to let my kids watch TV in the morning. It's not that I have anything against Sponge Bob, I've got something against the big black box that makes noise in the morning. At first, my kids had a fit. It was so routine to get up and plop in front of the TV with a bowl of cereal. However, the house felt CRAZY, instead of CALM. They really didn't fight very hard when they knew I was serious about no TV in the AM - and it's been one of the single biggest factors in getting us to CALM!

5) Make everyone responsible for their own breakfast. Even my six year old gets his own breakfast. We moved the cereal to the lowest shelf in the pantry and have a special 'milk carton' that we keep on the bottom shelf of the fridge. He loves getting up and making his own breakfast. With a few modifications, your kids can be self-sufficient for breakfast! While they're eating, you can finish getting ready, fixing lunches or getting things to the car. This is also a great way to empower them to take care of themselves!

6) Attitude Check: The biggest factor in your family's morning routine is going to be your attitude. We've all heard the old saying, 'If Momma ain't happy, ain't no one happy!' It goes the same with CALM, - IF MOMMA AIN'T CALM, AIN'T NO ONE GONNA BE CALM! If you're short, snappy and brusque, CALM is going to go right out the window. So set your intention upon rising. Hold a vision of a fun, easy calm exit from the house. Keep your voice quiet and your instructions kind and loving. Believe your family can do it and mornings can be a peaceful time in your household.

By Kimberly T. Whether you are an experienced trader looking for diversification, or a novice trying to understand financial markets, a CMS practice account offers you a risk free way to explore currency trading.**
The Forex market gauges the strengths and weaknesses of countries’ economies, making it well-suited for fundamental traders. With only a dozen major currency pairs to study, anyone who follows the news can start trading based on familiar statistics like interest rates and employment data. Please note, however, that Forex trading involves a substantial risk of loss.
The market is also great for the short term investor and day trader, thanks to its daily fluctuations, the ease of taking short positions, and the industry's unique leverage options (up to 400:1).*

*Leverage may increase gains or losses. **Simulated conditions may differ from real conditions, and traders should not necessarily expect the same results from live trading. †CMS is compensated through the Bid/Ask spread.

http://www.kuasaforex.com/index.php?ref=mzakied
